Deposit & Balance

A 25% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking with the balance due at least 30 days before check-in. Non-payment of either amount within these time-frames can void your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to arrival, and within two weeks of the initial booking, a loss equivalent to the booking fee (10,000 yen) will be incurred, plus all the fees from PayPal.
• Otherwise, up to 31 days prior to your arrival a loss equivalent to 25% of the total booking will be incurred;
• Thirty days prior to your arrival or less a loss equivalent to 100% of the total booking will be incurred;
• For late bookings payment is due immediately. A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking will be incurred;
• In case of no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking will be incurred;
• The term “Cancellation” includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
